QUALIFICATIONS  

• Prior experience as an Executive Director of a community

• Servant-leader with high integrity, vision, and strong interpersonal relations skills to engage with staff, residents, and the board

• Bachelor degree, preferably Arts/Science in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or another health-related degree

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate ability to provide executive backup support, if necessary, for multiple key functions / resources such as finance/accounting, marketing, Assisted Living SNF administration, fund-raising​

• Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs 

• Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of a company, its staff in meeting objectives and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change

• Support Operations and Sales Team to fill the new Memory Enhancement Center opening summer 2021
  
• Coordinate the development or implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, or other administrative control processes
