How Searches Work
Our searches are based on client assignments. We do not maintain a general job board or represent candidates to the market without an active client search.
Resume Submission
Senior living executives and leadership candidates are welcome to submit a resume for future consideration. Microsoft Word format is preferred.

Because our work is based on retained or engagement-based client assignments, we contact candidates directly when their background appears aligned with a current or future search.
When there is a match, our role is to provide context, guidance, and a confidential process for both the client and the candidate.
