- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the CCRC
- Lead and motivate a talented team of staff members

- Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Represent the CCRC in the community and advocate for the needs of seniors
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally possess:
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in a business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in assisted living or CCRC management
- Licensure in Long Term Care or Assisted Living would be advantageous
- Strong leadership and business acumen
- A deep understanding of CCRC operations and models of care
- Excellent financial management skills
- A passion for creating a vibrant and enriching environment for older adults
- The ability to build strong relationships and inspire others
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
