RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of a company, its staff in meeting objectives and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change
- Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs
- Coordinate the development or implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, or other administrative control processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Servant-leader with high integrity, vision, and strong interpersonal relations skills to engage with staff, residents, and the board
- Minimum of five years’ experience in senior living operations
- Bachelor of Arts/Science in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or another health-related degree, at a minimum
