You will manage sales and marketing for two properties.                             Both with the best reputations in town.

Candidate
  • The reason for the opening is the former CRD retired after 20 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ sales experience in senior living, nursing home, assisted living, home health, hospice, or hospitality
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly during the senior's journey of aging
  • Ability to work independently; entrepreneurial, be able to hit the ground running, be self-motivated and goal-directed
  • A proven track record as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the senior living industry, home health, hospice, or hospitality
  • Be a resource for the seniors, their families, listen carefully, and help them navigate the options available to find the right solution
  • Demonstrate the ability to close sales and boost occupancy
  • You will provide peace of mind by offering quality care to seniors and their loved ones
  • Must be a Closer
