- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, achieve financial goals, and drive operational and marketing/sales excellence
- Proven track record of success as a Senior Executive Director or Regional Director
- Must possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Travel up to 75%
