Requirements
  •  5+ years’ experience in Senior Living
  • ​Creating operating budgets
  • Vendor Management
  • Securing vendor accounts for communities
  • Purchasing/Procurement
  • Knowledge of OSHA and Reg’s
  • Negotiation skills
