Responsibilities
- Report directly to the VP of Sales
- Responsible for oversight and implementation of sales programs, policies, and practices for all of their communities
- Establishes proper bench marking and metric based performance monitoring while providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to our teams
- Develops, directs and oversees the organization sales functions including strategies, training, coaching, methodologies, processes and implementation
- Provides training and consultation to Community Relations Coordinators, Executive Directors and other team members as needed in areas including but not limited to: sales strategies, competitive analysis, inventory management, pricing, sales incentive programs, database management, external business development, internal sales presentation, lead generation and closing practices
- Instills corporate sales culture and structure to ensure the organization delivers a proven sales platform that our sales professionals can embrace and utilize
- Establishes proper bench marking and metric based performance monitoring while providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to our teams
- Travel to communities within the portfolio to provide oversight and implementation of sales programs, policies, and practices
- Works with communities and Vice President of Sales establish competitive pricing
- Strong base, lucrative commission and bonus plan
Candidate Background
- Proven track record of Sales and Sales Management in the Senior Living industry
- Experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or VP of Sales
- Demonstration of successful multi-level leadership and ability to work through influence
- Must be highly skilled in selling and coaching others to sell well
- Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- Must also demonstrate integrity, maturity, and leadership skills
