Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and visionary leadership to drive the organization's mission and core values
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain clinical and operational excellence
  • Collaboration with Health Services and Executive Leadership Teams
  • Reports to the CEO
  • Lead and oversee all healthcare operations, ensuring excellence in care and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with Health Services and Executive Leadership Teams to establish and maintain clinical and operational practices of excellence
 
Candidate Background
  • Minimum five years of progressive clinical operations leadership in assisted living and memory care communities
  • Geriatric nursing experience and Oregon ALF/RCF Administrator license required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Thorough understanding of patient care standards and regulations
