Responsibilities
  • Create an environment where your staff, residents and family members are highly engaged, safe, and respected
  • Ability to establish relationships with and earn the support of community, staff, the Resident Board
  • Ongoing oversight of financial results, including monthly expense monitoring, overall budget preparation, cash flow management and analysis of operational financial reports
  • Oversee selection, training, supervising, motivating and empowering of employees and leaders possessing the talent and skills required to fulfill our commitment to residents and their families
 
Candidate Background
  • An accomplished, engaging senior living executive with high integrity, strategic vision, inclusive, strong interpersonal relations skills, and outstanding leadership ability
  • Stable tenure in past positions
  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a business-related field
  • Five plus years of management experience and five plus years in a senior living community
  • Possesses California Nursing Home and RCFE Administrator’s license
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and good planning
  • Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline
  • Budget management, sales and marketing, life enrichment, and nursing, highly preferred
