We have an immediate opportunity for an Executive Director to provide oversight to our client's Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Houston, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities
- Plans develop, organizes, evaluates and implements the community's programs and activities serving the residents
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal standards and regulations for employees, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies
- Works collaboratively with the community's other department managers to ensure that the residents are receiving the best possible care at all times
- Assists with the budget development and adherence, as well as accurate forecasting of expenses and cost control
- Facilitates interviewing, hiring, and training employees; teaching, mentoring, and directing work; performance appraisals, rewards, and recognition, disciplining employees, and addressing complaints, and resolving conflict
Candidates Background
- Have a history of good survey results, good tenure, and a passion to provide excellent care and customer service to seniors
- An accomplished, engaging senior living executive with high integrity, strategic vision, inclusive, strong interpersonal relations skills, and outstanding leadership ability
- Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline
- Stable tenure in past positions
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a business-related field
- Two plus years of management experience and two-plus years in a senior living community
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and good planning
- Must be licensed in good standing by the State Licensing Authority
- Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline
