Responsibilities
  • Discover prospect and family member needs and create a customized solution
  • As an advocate for potential residents, the position shares information about the community, gives tours to potential residents and their family members, and works with the Executive Director to create and maintain an inviting and welcoming community for all residents
  • Delivering exceptional creative follow-up, and generating move-ins to achieve census goals

Candidate Background
  • Two plus years of successful experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales and marketing strategies in Assisted Living Sales
  • Demonstrated sales experience in increasing census in senior living and/or Assisted Living
  • Proven track record of growing occupancy/census
  • Great work ethic and motivation to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
  • Inside Marketing with general responsibilities will include doing property tours, responding to inquiries, and completing the move-in paperwork
  • Prepare and be accountable to an annual marketing budget in collaboration with the community Executive Director, recommend and seek approval for an annual budget to meet the marketing needs of the community
  • Must have experience doing outside Sales and Marketing for the community and doing outreach with health care partners who may refer to the community
