We have an immediate opportunity for an inspirational CEO to provide oversight to our client's CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates the regulatory and market conditions impacting the campus and works with the board of directors to determine the strategic direction
  • Responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.
  • Keeps the board of directors sufficiently informed of opportunities and risks to determine the organization's position, plans, and objectives
  • Prepares personal goals annually and submits them to the Executive Committee for their approval soon after the annual performance appraisal
  • Makes certain that the CCRC's philosophy and mission statements are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization
 
Candidate Background
  • Advanced training or knowledge related to aging and/or long-term care administration and managed care licensure, certifications
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in the leadership of a medium to large Continuing Care Retirement Community
  • Experience supporting and managing relationships with Boards of Trustees and Advisors
  • Strong experience in service coordination of home and community-based services with demonstrated success in supporting individuals in their own homes, maintaining their health and independence
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Gerontology, Business, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Current or former Nursing Home Administrators' license preferred
