Job Summary
The VP/COO will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and clinical performance of the community. This executive leader will ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, exceptional service delivery, and strong financial stewardship across all levels of care.

Strategic Leadership
  • Guide long-term organizational strategy and mission alignment
  • Drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence
Operational Oversight
  • Direct daily operations for Independent Living, Assisted Living/RCFE, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing
  • Ensure high-quality resident services, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Strengthen service delivery, resident satisfaction, and organizational efficiency
Financial & Business Management
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and business planning
  • Manage occupancy, revenue, capital planning, and financial outcomes
  • Ensure short- and long-term financial sustainability
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
  • Maintain compliance with RCFE, SNF, and CCRC regulations
  • Lead accreditation preparedness and life-safety standards
  • Champion proactive risk mitigation and quality improvement
People Leadership & Culture
  • Lead and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
  • Build a strong, collaborative culture grounded in integrity and service
  • Promote workforce engagement, coaching, and talent development

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • MUST hold both RCFE and LNHA/NHA licenses 
  • BA required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in IL/AL/MC/SNF or CCRC operations
  • Demonstrated success in nonprofit or mission-driven senior living strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations (RCFE & SNF)
  • Strong financial acumen and organizational leadership skills
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, communicate effectively, and build relationships
  • High integrity, compassionate leadership, and a resident-centered mindset
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and a commitment to excellence
