Retained Search
For senior-level management positions or confidential searches where there are fewer qualified candidates and the challenge is recruiting the talent from a competitor.

The search begins with extensive evaluation of the client need. We work closely with you to arrive at a thorough understanding of your company, its culture and organization, and the specifications of the position to be filled that go beyond a standard job description. Executive Search specifications include title, department definition, reporting structure, and details of compensation.

We also gather other details such as the management style and expectations of the supervisor and what the challenges and growth potential of the position are. We get to know your organization, it's strengths, and why someone would want to work for your company. We do this to become an extension of your organization so we can represent your company and market the position in the most professional way possible.

Engagement Search

Our Engagement fee searches offer the benefits of retained search without the expensive financial commitment. Many of our clients continue to find this approach to be the most time- and cost-effective option for mid-level management positions.

Contingency Search
Contingency Search is typicaly for entry to mid-level positions. It is also especially useful when time is not as critical, when many people are likely to be qualified for the position, or when there are multiple positions of similar descriptions that need to be filled. Because we maintain relationships with dozens of companies, when we find a top-notch candidate, we present the hot prospect to as many firms as possible.
