Search
For
senior-level management positions or confidential searches where there
are fewer qualified candidates and the challenge is recruiting the talent
from a competitor.
The search begins
with extensive evaluation of the client need. We work closely with you
to arrive at a thorough understanding of your company, its culture and
organization, and the specifications of the position to be filled that
go beyond a standard job description. Executive Search specifications
include title, department definition, reporting structure, and details
of compensation.

details such as the management style and expectations of the supervisor

Search
Contingency Search
is typicaly for entry to mid-level positions. It is also especially
useful when time is not as critical, when many people are likely to
be qualified for the position, or when there are multiple positions
of similar descriptions that need to be filled. Because we maintain
relationships with dozens of companies, when we find a top-notch candidate,
we present the hot prospect to as many firms as possible.
